Description and Availability of Goods.

Every effort has been taken to ensure our descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct. The colour of the goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of some browsers and monitors. We sometimes use props in our photographs, in such cases the product description indicates which item is being advertised for purchase.

Some of our items are hand-made and as such there may be slight variations in these particular items.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Pricing and VAT

All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of the current rate of VAT (where applicable).

Product prices do not include delivery . The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. 

This will be calculated seperatly in the checkout page upon purchase.

Payment

You can pay for your order using any majour credit or debit card  Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo or Paypal.

Payment is to be made online at the time of order. All credit/debit card transactions upon payment are refered to a linked Barclays secure payment page. WildeStyle.co.uk is non-liable for any personaly banking or card details. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to transfer payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. The address details provided by the customer on step one of the checkout page are for our delivery purpose only. WildeStyle.co.uk does not pass on customer details to any third party companies. The only time that this infomation will be refered to is upon sending wildestyle.co.uk newsletters which we ask customers to sign up for at their own discretion.

Returns and Exchange

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase from WildeStyle.co.uk , however we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately.

WildeStyle.co.uk allows customers 30 days to return any items that you are unhappy with. After the 30 day period customers will only be able to exchange for the same product or value of purchase price from the origional sale. (subject to stock availability)

We will arrange to exchange or refund the goods once they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will require you to pay for the return postage of any items being returned and, for your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you recive damaged goods upon arrival please contact us or call 0778 942 7024 as soon as possible. Damaged items (i.e smashed ceramics) will not be accepted for returns or exchages after 48 hours from when delivered unless wildestyle.co.uk has been notified.

The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases.
