RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipping date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of shipping date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item.
The resposability of shipping charges are held with the customer unless damaged on arrival or wrong shipment on behalf of Wildestyle.co.uk
Returns:
You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of shipping date for a refund, The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that items received after 30 days of shipping date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item. (Or cost of the same value if out of stock or disscontinued) All items that are to be returned must be repacked in the origional packaging and sent to the address below.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us via a well know postal service that requires a signature on delivery. Most major carriers also offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit/debit card or Paypal account that was used on the original order.
Exchanges:
You can exchange unused items within 60 days past shipping date. Exchanges are only valid for the same item unless out of stock or disscontinued, in which case the same value of the origional sale will be granted. For damaged or wrongly shipped items, we will send to you at no shipping charge if the exchange is within the 60 day period. After the 60 day period, exchanges are still welcome but post and packaging will are to be paid for by the customer.
Before you return or exchange any items, please notify us before shipping via our Contact us page or Phone to let us know you would like to Return of Exchange.
If items are broken on arrival please contact us as soon as possible, as our second party courier could be held liable.
PLEASE NOTE: All products that are damaged on arrival (i.e smashed ceramics) will not be exchanged or refunded unless WildeStyle.co.uk has been notified within 48hours from delivery. You can get in touch by contacting us or calling our customer services on 0778 942 7025
Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within 2 weeks or one billing cycle, please call or Contact us for further assistance.
